Dear Customer,

Thank you very much for your purchase! I hope the watercolor has arrived safely and that you will enjoy it for a long time.

If you wish to frame the watercolor, it is advisable to do so behind glass and with a protective mat (passe-partout), so that the artwork does not come into direct contact with the glass. This not only helps prevent damage and moisture but also keeps the colors in perfect condition.

Of course, you can also have the piece professionally framed for a beautiful finish and long-term protection. When properly cared for, the watercolor can retain its original color for a lifetime.

The location where you hang the artwork is important: although discoloration from light is unlikely (as only colorfast professional paint was used), it is best not to hang the watercolor in direct bright sunlight. It’s also advisable not to hang the painting directly above a heater and to avoid damp areas such as a bathroom.

Before shipping, the watercolor paper is carefully flattened. The piece is packaged as securely as possible to ensure it arrives in good condition. However, due to temperature and humidity changes during shipping (and, for larger formats, the rolling of the sheet), the paper may sometimes become slightly warped and not perfectly flat upon arrival. If this occurs and you find it bothersome, there are simple ways to flatten the paper again. Many tutorials on YouTube explain the process step by step. If you have the work professionally framed, they will of course take care of this for you.

All original paintings purchased through this website include Track & Trace and are fully insured against damage or loss.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the item can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and for any decrease in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
